What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it deleted. The short version: we collect as little as possible.
We collect the wallet address you connect, anything you type into our forms, and a small amount of technical information needed to keep the site working and fast.
We never ask for your recovery phrase on this site, and we never store it here.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
We use one small session cookie to keep you signed in while you browse. It is deleted when you sign out or close the browser.
We also keep a short record of page visits so we can see which pages are useful and which ones need fixing.
You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time. Get in touch through the support chat and we will remove it.
You can also clear your own browser data at any time, which removes the cookie and anything saved on your device.
Send us a message through the support chat and we will answer you directly. We do not keep a copy of the conversation once it has been resolved.
